Tasting notes
Pale lemon with lime hues. A floral nose supported by citrus and stone fruit characters. The palate is rich yet balanced by fine acidity. The wine has a beautiful texture, rich flavours and finishes with a long rich mouthfeel.

Wine making notes
The fruit was hand harvested on the 30th of April 2021 at 22 Brix from Three Miners Vineyard, near Alexandra. The fruit was whole bunch pressed and then cold settled overnight before been racked to two tanks. The juice was inoculated with selected cultured yeast to enhance complex flavours and aromas. The fermentation continued to achieve balance and a seamless richness.
